E-Gift cards are delivered by email and will contain instructions for redemption. E-Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
*Gemstones, Shells, and Pearls will naturally vary in size and color shading. Please allow for these variations when placing your order. Please also note that findings may vary as well, but never at the compromise of the piece's integrity.
Coleena Bobeena products are handcrafted in the USA using both domestic and imported materials.
There is no additional charge for shipping. However, at this time, we are only shipping orders to the contiguous United States. Also, to ensure the secure delivery of your order, we do not ship orders to post office boxes.
We primarily ship our products using the United States Postal Service. We will contact you should we feel we are unable to ship your order within 2 to 3 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your order if you become concerned. We will do our best to assist you.

If upon receipt of your purchase, you find you are not fully satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date and we will gladly exchange, refund, or offer a store credit for your purchase. The item(s) you are returning must be unused and still in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you to let you know the status of your return. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Damages and issues
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your item(s) and contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or damaged. We want to remedy the issue as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
Coleena Bobeena warrants products to be free from defects in workmanship or material for a period of six months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, such defects will be repaired or the defective product will be replaced, at our option, without charge. This warranty applies only to the person who first bought the product. This warranty does not cover product which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident. All implied warranties are hereby limited in duration to a period ending six months from the date of purchase. As some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to state.
If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the warranty period, please package the product securely and send insured, postpaid, to the following address: Coleena Bobeena, Warranty Service, PO Box 96, Urbana OH 43078. We will not be responsible for lost merchandise prior to our receipt. Please include your proof of purchase and phone number where we may reach you after assessing the item.
Before beginning the repair of your product, we will assess the damage and notify you of any additional charges.
Please note that not all products are covered by our Six-Month Limited Warranty. Those products will have a note at the bottom of the description stating such. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on used or worn items, custom orders, or gift cards.
